Amanda has always been a girl who wasn't afraid of a little competition. Growing up she was an avid volleyball player, runner, and gymnast. Her love of sport only continued as she went on to college at Cleveland State University where she swam Division 1.
Amanda started taking part in CrossFit® in 2014, making three appearances at Regionals, two times on as an individual and once as a team. But her CrossFit® competition career really began to heat up in 2018, where she was the breakout rookie at the CrossFit® Games. And continued in 2019, when she finished 7th place at the CrossFit® Games. With her eyes on the prize and the drive of a champion, there's no telling how far Amanda will go in the competition.
When she's not competing Amanda uses the lessons that she's learned on the circuit to help other athletes in their everyday lives as a Doctor of Physical Therapy. And when she's not crushing it in the athletic world she's spending time with her loving husband Wesley and their fur baby Hugh.
