Q: When will my order ship?

Product shipping information is on every product page and will be displayed on the checkout screen. We strive to ship out your order as quickly as possible. The order cutoff time for same-day FedEx 2-Day or Overnight Shipping is 12:00 PM CST.

Q: How does free shipping work?

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $30.

Q: What is your Return/Exchange policy?

Our headbands and neck gaiters are proudly handmade in the USA and we offer a 100% money back guarantee. We accept domestic exchanges and returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Any merchandise considered worn or damaged upon return may not be refunded. All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. We can only accept returns and exchanges from items purchased online at junkbrands.com.

We offer free shipping on all returns and exchanges. Contact us to receive your return shipping label. Once we have received your returned items we will ship the exchange or issue your refund as requested. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank's processing times.

Gift Boxes may be exchanged or refunded, but all products and box must be returned. Individual items from this box may not be returned or exchanged.

All Sale items, Grab Bags, and Mystery Headbands are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. If a customer sends back sale items they will be required to pay for shipping to receive them back.

Q: Are the headbands, socks, ear warmers and neck gaiters unisex?

Yes! The headbands, socks, ear warmers and neck gaiters are unisex, one size fits most and stretch fit both men and women.

Q: Are the headbands machine washable?

All headbands, ear warmers and neck gaiters are machine washable and can be placed in the dryer or dried flat. We recommend rinsing the headband under cold water after each workout and squeezing dry so you can go about a week between washing.

Q: Do you offer a discount to military or first responders?

Yes. We are proud to partner with GovX to provide a 15% discount on all eligible products to military, military families, first responders, government employees and teachers. Q: Will my discount code work for any item?

Discount codes cannot be used on: sale items, grab bags, and JUNK Artist Series Collection headbands. In addition, JUNK Athlete/Affiliate designs are excluded from discounts.

Q: How do I use a gift card or promo code?

To redeem a JUNK Brands gift card or promo code please enter it during checkout in the “Gift card or discount code” box and select the Apply button. You will see the discount amount has been applied. Only 1 discount code can be used per transaction. Sale items are excluded from further discount.

Q: Do you ship to APO Addresses?

Yes, we ship to APO addresses and the fees are the same as domestic shipping charges within the United States.

Q: How do I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us immediately if you need to make a change to your order. Once orders move into the picking process we may not be able to make changes.

Q: Why is my payment being declined?

The most common reason a payment is declined is that the billing address entered does not match the billing address on file at your bank for that credit card. Please contact your bank to confirm the correct billing address. Your billing address can be different from your shipping address.

Enter your address at checkout and choose from shipping options based on package weight and distance. We can't control how long the order will take to get through customs, or any fees, duties, or taxes customs may charge you.

Q: Can I create a custom headband?

Yes, we can create a custom headband for your organization. The minimum order is 4 headbands. Click Here for full info on Custom Orders.

Q: Do you charge taxes?

Yes, we charge taxes in the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Iowa, Illinois, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Ohio, Oklahoma, Texas, Virginia, & Washington.
