What is your Return/Exchange policy?

Our headbands are proudly handmade in the USA and we offer a 100% money back guarantee. We accept domestic exchanges and returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Any merchandise considered worn or damaged upon return may not be refunded. All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. We can only accept returns and exchanges from items purchased online at junkbrands.com.

Please visit our return portal to start a return. Once we have received your returned items we will ship the exchange or issue your refund as requested. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 2-5 business days depending on your bank's processing times.

If you placed your order with Free Returns before November 21, 2025, please visit our old return portal to start your return.

All Sale items, grab bags, and mystery headbands are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. If a customer sends back sale items they will be required to pay for shipping to receive them back.

What is “Free Returns” Coverage?

When you opt-in for coverage at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for a refund or exchange for FREE.

If you decide not to buy return coverage you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
