Your ship-by date can be found in your order confirmation email. Each headband is made from scratch in-house, so production can take up to 7 business days before shipment. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details.

Please note that expedited shipping does not impact production time.

Yes! When you check out, just choose “Pick up in store” as your delivery method. You will receive an email when your order is ready to be picked up.

The "Ships by" date represents the time required for our team to fulfill your order. If an item or order has a later “ships by” date, it indicates that it is currently out of stock and needs to be created by our production team. This additional time allows us to ensure that we can deliver the highest quality products to you.

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $48.

Please contact us immediately if you need to make a change to your order. Once orders move into the shipping process we may not be able to make changes.

The most common reason a payment is declined is that the billing address entered does not match the billing address on file at your bank for that credit card. Please contact your bank to confirm the correct billing address. Your billing address can be different from your shipping address.

Our headbands and neck gaiters are proudly handmade in the USA. We accept domestic exchanges and returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Any merchandise considered worn or damaged upon return may not be refunded. We can only accept returns and exchanges from items purchased online at JUNKbrands.com.

Gift Boxes may be exchanged or refunded, but all products and box must be returned. Individual items from this box may not be returned or exchanged. All Sale items, Grab Bags, and Mystery Headbands are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. If a customer sends back sale items they will be required to pay for shipping to receive them back.

Yes, we ship to APO addresses and the fees are the same as domestic shipping charges within the United States.

Yes! The headbands, ear warmers, and neck gaiters are unisex, and one size fits most.

Yes, all headbands, ear warmers, and neck gaiters are machine washable. For longevity, wash as you would your athletic apparel and hang or lay flat to dry. We suggest avoiding fabric softener.

Our headbands are very flexible. Our headbands are one size fits all and we are proud to sponsor youth leagues that rave about the fit of the headbands.

Big Bang Lite

3.75” in the front and 1.5” in the back and single layered material, the Big Bang Lite is a lighter option that offers the same features with less material. The Technical T-shirt fabric is specifically designed to keep you cool and comfortable. It’s the best athletic headband you’ll ever wear. Fabric blend: 89% Polyester/11% Spandex

Big Bang

This headband is 4.25” around headband keeps hair back, wicks sweat, and blocks the sun. This is a big headband for big personalities or lots of hair. The Big Bang is built from a double layer of Technical T-shirt fabric which is designed to keep you cool and comfortable. This headband is great for heavy sweaters and fall through spring wear. Fabric blend: 89% Polyester/11% Spandex

Flex Tie

The Flex Tie is 2.5 inches tall and 29” long. One size fits most and is an adjustable style for however its chosen to be worn. This headband is made of two layers of Pro Sport Jersey fabric, a professional-grade jersey material designed to be cool and comfortable. Fabric blend: 92%
polyester/8% spandex

Ear Warmer

Our ear warmers offer all the great features of our headbands but with sport fleece fabric designed for this athletic performance while keeping your ears warm.  It’s 3” provide all around warmth for any cold weather activity. Fabric blend: 92% polyester/8% spandex

Infinity

This headband is 2” in the front and 1.25” in the back and double layered material, the Infinity is a slimmer style option that offers a taper in the back to sit comfortably around the ear. This headband is a great headband for everyday wear, taking you from the office to the gym.
