Kelsey Kiel

started on the soccer field at an early age, taking her talent and playing through all four years at Elmira College. After college, she continued with soccer, both coaching and playing. Then in 2014 Kelsey was injured on the soccer field and had to take a break. That's she happened to stumble upon her real calling - CrossFit®.

It didn't take long for her to get serious about it and in 2016 she made it to her first CrossFit® Games with a team, then shortly after competed individually at CrossFit® Regionals South. By 2018 she had joined team Invictus Boston. During Kelsey's time competing with the team they've taken 1st at CrossFit® Regionals East in 2018 and 12th at the Games in 2019. Whether competing with a team or as an individual Kelsey's strength shines through and makes her a standout athlete overall.

Most recently Kelsey qualified for the 2020 CrossFit® Games after earning the Sanctional invitation in London. When she isn't prepping for the Games or coaching others to be their best she's hanging out with her adopted dog son Oliver Squishface.
