PM: A Journey of Redemption and Resilience

Welcome to the powerful and inspiring world of "PM," a film that takes you on a remarkable journey of resilience, redemption, and the unbreakable spirit of one man—USMC Sergeant Patrick MacDonald. This gripping tale unfolds after Patrick's life-altering fall from 65 feet, leaving him with severe physical and emotional scars. Struggling to find purpose in civilian life, Patrick discovers an unlikely source of solace: cycling.

A bicyclist, Patrick MacDonald, rides his bike. The image shows the brown and green scenery speeding by him.

Determined to overcome his physical and mental disabilities, he embarks on a challenging journey to cycle around Iceland—a land of breathtaking beauty and rugged terrain. "PM" is more than a story; it's a testament to the healing power of faith, family, and the transformative impact of human connections.

The director and brother of Patrick, Kellen MacDonald, shares his hopes for the audience: "When people watch this film, I hope that they can find strength, redemption, and hope, no matter how dark the circumstance. Activity, however that presents itself in your life, can be a path to overcoming challenges and finding freedom."

The emotional depth of "PM" is not just confined to the screen; it extends into the personal realm of the creators. Kellen, who collaborated on this project with his brother, reflects on the profound impact it had on their relationship: "This was the hardest thing that I have ever undertaken. It pushed me spiritually, creatively, and personally. It galvanized our relationship—it was hard. But the end result is beautiful. I would do it all again to tell this story."

Kellen leaves us with a profound insight: "There is power in storytelling. Even if this story impacts one person, it was completely worth the investment we made in it. My life was transformed through the making of the film—spiritual burdens lifted, creative ambitions unlocked, deep friendships built. Storytelling can bring us together."
