    To make cake, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time and beat after each addition. Add vanilla, chocolate syrup and all flour. Beat until smooth. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool completely...

    I think it’s so important to have treats, especially around the holidays! Cinnamon rolls are my favorite dessert, so I wanted to create a recipe that would fuel my performance and keep me feeling my best. It took some experimenting, but I finally created a recipe that tasted AMAZING too! I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.

    Melt butter, sugar, and honey in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil then turn down the heat to medium/low and let simmer until it becomes a rich amber color then remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. In a separate big bowl mix together rolled oats, dried fruit, and nuts. Pour caramel mixture over oats and mix with spatula until well coated. Press granola into a parchment lined baking sheet.
