Three cards that show the images from the blog and say “be a shark” the text over the black background says “which shark are you?”

Be a Shark

THE WHALE SHARK

 The Whale Shark Gym Member

Whale sharks are known for growing up to 40 feet long. Each shark has its own individual spotted pattern and spends most of its time in deep waters away from shore. They can sense electromagnetic fields emitted by animals.

Gym whales sharks are the gentle giants. The strongest people with the kindest hearts. They have a sixth sense to detect when others need a pick-me-up or when it’s just a day to say heck to cardio. They are stronger than they know.

THE GREAT WHITE SHARK

The Great White Shark Gym Member

Great white sharks are known to be the most intelligent. They are active warm-blooded predators. They adjust their body temperature to the water to increase their attack speed and strength, and their teeth are serrated to tear apart their prey.

If you’re a great white shark in the gym, you size up your workouts. You adjust and attack with precision and strategy. You’re mostly a loner and there for the gains.

THE SHORTFIN MAKO SHARK

The Short Fin Mako Shark Gym Member

The short fin mako shark is aggressive and fast. They choose large prey like dolphins and other sharks. They are on top of their food chain and rarely get eaten after reaching adulthood. Some baby makos will eat eggs in their mother’s womb.

If you are a short fin mako shark in the gym you’re of the “do it again faster” crew. You choose lofty goals and you crush them with an unrelenting force.
