We’re bringing you a round-up of industry news, movement encouragement, and seasonal headband options. We’re talking about The Arnold Sports Festival, getting on your mountain bike, American Heart Month, and our Big Bang headbands.
The Arnold
The Arnold Sports Festival is a massive gathering of all kinds of athletes. It's four days of various sports contests, including weightlifting, powerlifting, strongman/woman comps, MMA fighting, bodybuilding, and the classic fitness, figure, bikini, and physique & wellness contests. The list goes on. It's packed with events for both amateur and elite athletes. (We're going to be there!) Swing by booth #637 at the Arnold Expo on Friday March 3, 4, and 5 starting at 10 am for some headbands, and on Saturday, March 4, from 11:30 am - 1:00 pm, we're hosting a meet and greet with Kelsey Kiel.
It’s like Riding a Bike
A lot of people come down to NWA for great biking experiences. When Spring is on it’s way, it’s time to get back on the bike for many of us here at JUNK. When it’s still a little chilly, remember to keep your important parts warm, stay hydrated, and pick the right trails for the weather.
We love Mountain Biking in February because the trails aren’t as busy, it gets us moving, and our whole family can enjoy it. (The Big Bang Lite is a perfect under helmet headband for any sport).
American Heart Month
We all want a healthy heart, and with February as American Heart Month, it’s on our minds. And the best exercises for good circulation, lower blood pressure, and heart rate? We love to run, bike, jump rope, and do other aerobic activities that get the blood pumping!
Big Bang Headbands
Y’know what’s so great about the Big Bang headband? It’s a LOOK. Big Bang Lite is functional and awesome and a go to headband for any activity, under any helmet, it’s the greatest headband on earth.
